This deed links Peter Comer with other Comers. If these Comers are familiar to anyone, please let me know. I suspect Peter is a brother/brother-in-law but I don't know for sure.

August 19, 1859, Halifax Deed Book 58, p410.
       This deed made this 19th day of August in the year 1859 between Elizabeth Jones, Edward H. Comer and Elizabeth his wife, Eli F. Hudson and Susan Ann his wife, James W. Jones and Susan his wife, Peter T. Comer and Jane his wife of the one part and L.B.Torian of the other part. That in consideration of nineteen hundred and seventeen dollars and fifty cents the said Elizabeth Jones, Edward H. Comer and Elizabeth M. his wife, Eli F. Hudson and Susan Ann his wife, James W. Jones ans Susan his wife, Peter T. Comer and Jane his wife do grant unto L.B. Torian all that tract of land of which the late Washington Jones deed possessed lying on both sides of the road from Blk Walnut to Clarksville and bounded by the lands of Thoms King, George Thomas, James A. King, and Jno. A Chappell containing 147 1/2 acres. Witness the following signatures and seals: James W Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Susan A Jones, Jane Comer, Susan A M Hudson, Edward H Comer, Eli F Hudson, Elizabeth M Comer, Peter T Comer.
