Local Researcher Wanted, Halifax Pittsylvania Co

Hello, I'm looking to hire a researcher for material that appears to be at the local libraries and not at the Family History Centers. Someone with easy access to libraries in Halifax and Pittsylvania counties would be a must.

This would entail surname searches in newspapers for the area before 1830.
