Kay,

I have been told by a Scott researcher whose Scotts connect to the Wilburns that her Scotts were in Halifax, Co VA during this same time frame...She has a Welborn Scott in her Scott line...

I know that the Scotts that were kin to the Wilburns of Carter KY were also kin to Thompsons and Phillips families..
Too bad these names are so common.

Anyhow just wanted to see if you have any Scott/Wilburn lines.
