I have a Richard Vaughn son of Thomas and Mary. They moved to Caswell Co. NC abt 1796. Richard married Nancy Turner I think in Prince Edward Co Va. Later married someone else ,don't know who yet. He moved to Halifax Co before 1839. There was a Richard Jr. that "left the country many years ago and was persumed dead" by the 1839 date. This was in correspondence from Richard. Please advise if this fits.
