Ruth,

I know it has been a long time getting back to you, but I have had a lot going on. I have not been able to find the connection yet, for my husbands ancestors. I go back to Benjamin Keeling born in VA or North Carolina in about 1770. He married Elizabeth Whitman (his second wife, I believe.)
As I said, I have not been able to find his parents, but I suspect his father was William.

Any information you have would be great.
