I haven't found a map yet that shows the location of Holt's Mill Creek, so I'm pretty sure that the name has been changed. I think, though, based on a correlation of evidence from early deeds, etc., that Holt's Mill Creek might have been once the name for what is now shown on most maps as Powell's Creek. Either that, or Holt's Mill Creek was one of the main branches of Powell's Creek - just south of the headwaters of Lawson's Creek.
