If you are sure your grandparents were married in Halifax Va. The orgininal marriage record is located in the Halifax County Courthouse. In addition, at the Courthouse, you will be able to find a log books of all marriage performed in Halifaix. Alos, t of the bride and groom. Halifax is still using these log books. There data is not yet computerized. I was successful in locating over two hundred of my relatives in these logs.
