The only possible parents I can find for Evaline were Elijah W.Lowe and Catherine Lundy who married 22 Nov 1829 with Rev. John Vaughan as the minister.

The Lundys were Quakers and few Quakers were still in Grayson after about ca 1810. Most went to Ohio with Highland County a popular place.

In 1841, Rev. John Vaughan married Marinda Lowe and Wilson Ayers in Grayson. In 1832, Letha Lowe married William Roberts . These Lowe ladies were likely sisters to Elijah unless he was older and had been married prior to Catherine. 1842, Elihu Ayers and Jacksey J. Smith married with Elijah W. Lowe as surety. 1844, Elijah W.Lowe again surety for Jordan Stuart and Nancy Dunford, with the Rev. John Vaughan again the minister.

John Vaughan married Lucy Hanks. dau of Joshua in 1815.The Hanks too were Quakers but remained ijn Grayson/Carroll.
