They do have a good genealogy section at the Wythe-Grayson Regional Library, but I do not think they do research for people. Their number is 276-773-2761 if you wish to check. Your best bet would be contacting Minnie Hall at the Grayson County Historical Society, p.o. Box 529, Independence, VA 24348. There is no telephone in the office.
