Mr. Weaver,
I discovered this under your heading of 8th Va. Cav on the "New River Notes" Civil War site. What does it mean? Co. B, 4th Res., Grayson Co.. Is this another Co. of Grayson Co. residents, besides Co.C? If so, what was their role in the Civil War? Where could I find a roster of men who served in this unit? Thank you for your time.
