Don't know much about the Lineberry descendents of Grayson Co., but do know that the old Lineberrys of Grayson Co. were Jacob Jr and wife Mary Fanning. Mary was the daughter of John Fanning Sr and a sister to my ancestor Joseph Fanning Sr. Other known siblings were Thomas, John Jr, Jacob and Nathan Fanning.
Jacob Lineberry Jr's parents were Jacob Lineberger/Lineberry and Mary Catherine Youngblood. The Fannings, Lineberrys and Youngbloods were neighbors in the Randolph Co., NC, area in the 1750's to 1780.
The oldest documented living man according to the Guinness Book of Records is Benjamin Harrison Holcomb, born July 3, 1889, in KS. He is a descendent of John Fanning Sr through son Jacob so Benjamin would be a distant relative of yours. Hope this helps.
