Bob, You are the first person I have found who is researching this family. Catherine Anderson Bonham was my 4th great grandmother.I didn't know her maiden name was Anderson. I have found very little on this family but I did find this on New River notes (http://www.newrivernotes.com/graysonrecords/GraysonDeathRegister.html)
