James Hammons//Hammonds b.abt 1783 in NC

Trying to identify the children of my gr-gr-gr-grandfather James Hammons/Hammonds and his wife Susanna. The 1830 Giles County census shows there were 12 persons under 20 in his household. Their marriage record in NC (1822) makes this number a little confusing/challenging. The 1840 Giles census shows 6 persons 14 and under and in 1850 I am able to identify my gr-gr-grandfather Gordon and two other siblings. Wondering (Brenda Fowler) if the Giles family histories has any reference(s) to this family of Hammons/Hammonds. Thanks to anyone else who might possess any information. Bill Robertson.
