I've look at that page in the census under James Collins - The lady's first name is not hard to read but you're right it is difficult to read the last. It sort of looks like Hasep or Haup. I don't think her age is 111 but is 41. If you look at the age of Jane Woodyard it looks like 118 but really is 48. If you look at the next census page you will see a woman by the name of May with that same name, age 23 in the house of Enos Moss or Mann.
