p. 18 "At a Court Martial held for Frederick County on Fryday (sic) the 27th of October 1758"
p. 23 "Thomas Sharp Jun' of the company Commanded by Cap" Lewis Stephens...ten shillings...one General"

Note: Two general musters were to be called (March and September)by the commanding officer of he county

Horsemen were to be fined 10 shillings for non-appearance; footmen were to be fined 7 shilling 6 pence
