Cheryl, I have not yet been able to find definitive proof that JOHANN HEINRICH HUBER b Dec 5, 1732 Trippstadt was the same person as JOHANN HEINRICH "HENRY" HUBER/HOOVER whose will was proved April 3, 1815 in Winchester, Frederick Co VA. Likewise for his brother JOHANN PHILIP HUBER, whom you suppose to be PHILIP HUBER, brother of HENRY, whose will was proved Sept 4, 1815 Frederick Co VA. One problem is that you indicate that "JOHANN HEINRICH HUBER first emigrated to America on the 27th of September in 1749." This may be a clue that HENRY HUBER/HOOVER of Frederick may not be the same person, as the birthdate of JOHANN HEINRICH HUBER, son of JOHANN KONRATH HUBER & MARIA BARBARA EDINGER (some say ANNA ELIZABETH EDINGER) of Trippstadt is listed as Dec 5, 1732. He would have been 17 years old in 1749, and may not have been considered old enough to take an oath of allegiance. His brother JOHANN PHILIP HUBER was born May 29, 1740 in Trippstadt. Another problem is the fact that there were already Huber/Hoover families living in Frederick Co VA in 1746 according to tax lists. They were John Huber/Hoover, Philip Huber/Hoover & George Huber/Hoover. These individuals would have had to have been born in the 1720s and would have had to have been adults with property to have been included in the tax list. It seems far more likely that one of these individuals was the father of brothers HENRY & PHILIP HUBER/HOOVER who both died 1815 Frederick Co VA. The early Huber/Hoover families of Frederick Co VA have not been fully researched or documented. Third problem concerns the birthdates of HENRY HUBER/HOOVER & PHILIP HUBER/HOOVER of Frederick Co VA, which have not yet been established. The dates "1740-1750" is just an estimate. It is possible that they may have been born after 1750. So I really have to say that not enough research has been done to verify that HENRY HUBER/HOOVER & his brother PHILIP HUBER/HOOVER who both died 1815 Frederick Co VA were the same individuals as JOHANN HEINRICH HUBER b 1732 & JOHANN PHILIP HUBER b 1740 who emigrated in 1767 to PA.
