Need your help over confusion as to who these children may be or if in fact they do belong to Daniel Largent.
1900 Census-Gore, Frederick, VA
Daniel Largent 41, b. Apr 1859, VA.
Isabella Largent 36,(wife) b. May 1864, VA.
Arthur J. Anderson 16,(son)b. May 1884, VA.
Dora H. Anderson 10 (dau) b. Nov 1889, VA.
Ada E. Largent 1 (dau) b. Oct 1898, VA.
In the LDS website they have Daniel C. Largent b. April 1859 in Frederick County, VA married to Isabella C. (Belle) Anderson b. 04 April 1863 in Frederick VA. She died 08 Oct 1951 in Hayfield, Frederick County, VA, buried in Mt. Olive Cemetery. This is all correct compared to the other records I have.
What I am trying to find out is if these children are those of Daniel Largent and if so why are their names still Anderson. Also in the 1900 Census Daniel and Isabella have been married for 6 years, making their marriage about 1894. The Anderson children were born before the marriage.
If anyone can help me straighten this out I would very much appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
