Wm Crowder marry Susannah Cook Nov 17, 1829

I need to know if the marriage records of Franklin Co Va indicate who the parents of the groom are for Wm Crowder.
I know that the mother of the bride is Isbel Cook and
I have found her on the 1820 Franklin Co census records with one daughter 16 to 26 and 3 other daughters 26 to 45 years of age. Isbel must be 45+. My William Crowder lived in the county next door, Botetourt. He may have been widowed and married this Susannah Cook. I am suspicious because of records showing up with the name of Wm and Susan on certain marriage and death records for James Madison Crowder and James Henry Crowder, both having lived in Botetourt Co. Wm Abel had married Mary Polly Shoemaker in 1810. If she died then he could have married this Susannah Cook. Anyone know about this William Crowder? Thanks
