A Walter Kidwell appears only on the 1805-1807 Fairfax County Personal Property Tax Lists in Truro Parish for the years 1782-1822. There was no list taken in 1808.

A Walter Kidwell appears on the 1810 Wood Co. Virginia census, page 515, with two small males and one small female children and adult female.
