You need to give more information than just the surnames. Fairfax County was created in 1742, so there could be people of those surnames in the county off and on since then.
Try posting another query with more information, including full names, known dates or time periods, when they moved in or out of the county, etc. The more information you provide to help narrow down references the better chance you will have of receiving relevant information.
