Mike,

I was unable to find any Tuell's in the early Fairfax County deed or will books. There weren't any Tuell's living in the area you mention in 1818... just more confirmation that they moved before then.

This area was part of Loudoun County from 1756 - 1798. Your uncle may want to check the Loudoun County records.
