Keith Commissioner in the suit of Upton Darby, ? of John Bicksler vs Bicksler's Admin and Heirs Party of second part - John Bicksler of Salem Va May Term 1908 of Circuit Court of Fairfax County - decree to sell the land which the late Samuel Bicksler died seized Sold to John Bicksler for $900 cash ...certain tract of land on which the late Samuel Bicksler resided and of which he died seized supposed to contain ... 109 acres, more or less located in Dranesville Magisterial District Fairfax County, Virginia about 3/4 of a mile from Leigh's post office 3 1/2 miles North of Dranesville, 8 miles from the Town of Herndon, near the Seneca Road it being the same tract of land which was owned by the said Samuel Bicksler for a great many year prior to his death about 1888 and which appear to be the same tract of land of 333 acres which was conveyed to Samuel Bicksler by John M. McCarty and wife by deed dated Dec 14, 1829, recorded Liver Z No. 2 p. 26 of the deed books of said County less 238 acres thereof conveyed to John Bicksler by Samuel Bicksler by deed dated the 5th day of February 1830 recorded Liver Z No.2 p. 28 of the said deed books... Choose one that was folded into six sections. S Bicksler and J Bicksler are located in the upper right section towards the left-hand side.
