The Washington Post March 3, 1997 page B4 ALMA RUTH CALDWELL -- Hotel Housekeeper Alma Ruth Caldwell, 64, a retired hotel housekeeper who was a member of Reality Gospel Church in Alexandria, died Feb. 28 in Alexandria Hospital after surgery for a heart ailment. She lived in Alexandria. Miss Caldwell, who was born in Norton, Va., had lived in the Washington area since 1949. She worked for the Ramada Inn at Alexandria's Seminary Plaza from 1981 to 1991. Her marriage to Donald Edge ended in divorce. Survivors include two sons, Rodney Dale Edge of Atlanta, and John Curtis Edge of Alexandria; a daughter, Wanda Hawk of Georgia; a sister, Lilly Garrison of Fairfax; and a brother, Earl Caldwell of Florida; and two grandchildren.
