Need researcher in Fairfax Co.

I have a particular problem to solve that involves the Custis estates in Fairfax Co. The New Kent and Arlington estates of John Parke Custis or George Washington Parke Custis. I found through another person a will for John Parke Custis or his son...the dates on this paper don't coincide with the deaths of either of them but the information is about the bills paid by the estate for the years of 1794-1797. One of these bills was a years salary for the overseer, Thomas Fortune. I need to find if this was my ancestor or not.

Is there a place where the estate papers may be kept? A way to find out who was employed by the estate on a certain date or in a certain time period?

Does anyone know of a knowledgeable researcher in the area I could hire to look for me?
