Have you yet gotten any answers? Not to the list, obviously.
In the Archives section of the Courthouse:
Court Orders/Minutes 1749-1903 (earliest 1742-1748) are missing.
Will Books ((wills, inventories, estate and sale accounts, guardianship bonds & accounts, executor's bonds) from 1742-1904
Bond Book 1752-1782
Deeds 1742-1866 but some records destroyed in Civil War

This is just a few of the items I picked out of their "Fairfax County Circuit Court Archives"
"Floor Plan and Finding Aid" booklet that I picked up while there one day.

Their marriage records run concurrent with state requirements (1853), however, they also have a card file made up from a variety of sources with many earlier records. Death records also contain some 18th and 19th century info on cards in a card file. Births, the same. There is a wealth of information in this area.

The ladies that work in this section are very helpful, even by telephone. See if they will send you a copy of this booklet. 703-246-4168

Good luck!
