JAMES TUCKER..died 1865
Posted by: Kenny Smith Date: January 18, 2002 at 05:00:57

Just found Lewis A Tucker, 19..Occupation: PRINTER...in the 1870 Alexandria Census...living with mother, J.R.Tucker, 39 , and sister Alice,14..dressmaker; and brother Henry, age5. This means his father was dead by 1870...with brother Henry being5, then their father would have died ca1865. I found an obit for a James Tucker who died Aug7, 1865.This is likely the father of Lewis.

Does anyone have any further info on these Tuckers?
