I am researching CROSS, DEBELL, HUTCHISON, RECTOR and SAUNDERS I am sure that as time goes on there will be more names added to the list.
The Story goes ......Benjamin CROSS married Nancy SAUNDERS; they had nine (9) children: James, John, Ben, Betsy, Jane, Mary Ann, Nancy, Cornelia and unknown. After Nancy died he married her sister Elizabeth (Betsy). Benjamin's second son John CROSS married Martha DEBELL and they had six (6) children: Mollie, Ella, William, George, Milton and Charles. Their third child, William DEBELL CROSS (my great-great-grandfather) born 10-06-1851 and died 10-02-1916 married Addie MCDONOUGH born 02-16-1865 and died 05-15-1926 and they had six (6) children: Ethel Martha CROSS b. 1881/d. 1956 married Walter A. KIDWELL, Harry M. CROSS b. 1883/d. 1937 married Bertha HUTCHISON, Harvey Mozee CROSS b. 1884/d. 1967 married Oscie HUTCHISON (2nd wife was Laura Jean RUTLEDGE), Horace Molten CROSS b. 1885/d. 1957 (my great grandfather) married Annie B. SHIFLETT, William Wallace CROSS b. 1887/d. 1938 married Eunice M. ALLDER, Rosebel C. CROSS b. 1893/d. 1971 married Edward T. REGAN.
