My family (Simpson) is also connected to this line, but is not totally verified. I have information on 1200 names of this family who migrated not only to North Carolina, but South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. If you would like to share information or perhaps if you could shed light on birth of Rodham Simpson, b. c. 1774 in Virginia. This Rodham also has possible cousin, Rodham, son of John Simpson and Catherine Ford (probably the one who went to Kentucky and died there of cholera), and several uncles/great uncles by that name Rodham/Rhoderham/Rhodam. An uncle Rodham went to South Carolina. My Rodham was married in 1799 in Henry Co., VA to Mary Thomas (or Thomason). He may have been coneected to John and Hannah in Henry Co., or Thomas Simpson's family in Pittsylvania Co. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
