Va wills, bonds, inventories, ets. 1722-1730 and see if you find John Moran or Nicholas Moran or Sarah Smith daughter of Charles Smith..... John was supposely born in Essex Co. at one time had land on the Rapidan.......I notice that his son Nicholas is somewhat older than his other brothers and gives me the idea that John had been married earlier and had Nicholas, lost that wife before marrying Sarah.
