Mike, I don't know of a single map with all of those features. There is the State road map (showing the numbers but not the road names), the county's "911" map, showing the named roads (but not the numbers), and the various topo maps. Churches are show by symble but not named. Some topo maps show cemeteries, but the state and county maps do not. (The first director of the Museum started listing chirches on an enlarged road map, but discontinued the project.) E-mail me for address for the county map with "911" road names.
