Kim, Some dates and church affiliation would help. St. Paul's Episcopal Church (c1838) has a cemetery. P.O. Box 278, Millers Tavern, VA 23115. There is also a cemetery that was associated with a short-lived Reformed Episcopal Church of the early 1900s, located generally across from the old tavern itself (which was intentionally destroyed by burning about two weeks ago). "Backyard" or private burying grounds are fairly common, if you know of a family home site location.
