Searching for Will of Jordan Rees/Reese, Dinwiddie Co. VA, ca. 181

I am searching for the Will or Estate Settlement Papers for Jordan Rees/Reese (Sr.) who died about 1813. Another researcher has told me he died in Dinwiddie Co. VA. When was Dinwiddie Co. VA formed? From what county, if another county, was it formed from?
I do not know the name of the wife of Jordan Rees/Reese, but he had at least two sons: Jordan Reese, Jr. (b.1772 in VA) and John Reese (born ab. 1770 also in VA
Jordan Reese, Jr. married Mary (Polly) Leftwich dau. of Littlebery Leftwich and Mary Hopkins) about 1796 either in VA or NC. Jordan Reese, Jr. was in Lincoln Co. TN before 1820.
John Reese b. about 1770 married Nancy Hale and also moved to Lincoln Co. TN. Please respond and give me any information which will help me with my research.
