Hi Vicki,
I was going to see if I could find these names for you when I realized that something was wrong. Maybe you typed a wrong number. If William Munford was born in 1849 and Rebecca in 1843/1847, and they married in 1854, then William would have been 7 and Rebecca 11 or 8.
