Angelee, I should have posted a follow-up about what I've discovered. I have now met this Isaac Mullen's son, who is 88 years young. In fact he came and spent a couple of days touring the old family cemeteries with me. He has also done the 67 marker DNA test, and was lucky enough that we found several instant, and perfect matches for him right there in Wise County!
