There are two of the stores on Route 72 that comes to mind, one is Bennie Vanovers " Vanover Supply" located beside the Vanovers Service Station, and the other is Stanley's Store owned by Glenn Stanley and family, at the road access to Honeycamp and Rockhouse road. Also there is a kwik shop located on 72 near the Longs Fork School, it is now a double kwik.. has the Big K service station next too it. Hope this helps since there are several old sores that hav gone out of business over the years. Do you have any more information as to where it was located on Rt. 72 near Clintwood or Coeburn and what did they specialize in?
