Looking for deeds, patents and other documents which can be used to place on a modern map the original land grants in the area of Jones Neck (formerly called the Neck of Land) south to Bermuda Hundred Road and the Bermuda Hundred.
Need book and page reference, parties to the transaction, detailed description of the land (including metes and bounds), date of document and date recorded, information in document related to prior ownership.
Even modern deeds and plats may include original boundaries.
