No, in this case it just happen that her father was the bondsman. It list him as her father first on a line. Then he is listed as the bondsman on a seperate line on the marriage bond.
If the father's name is known or given it is listed on the marriage bond. Other areas of the country and even state maybe different. Some times a person listed as the bondsman maybe kin to either the bride or groom not in all cases.
You know that the date on the marriage bond doesn't mean that is when the couple got married, but is their license to get married.
