ARW Soldiers in Charlotte CO, VA

From a article in the VA Gazette, there is mention of a Benjamin CHILDRESS as being in the Continental service during the ARW during the year 1778 (Order Book 4). His wife was living in Charlotte Co and was furnished supplies while her husaband was in active duty.

If any of you are familiar with the above Benjamin CHILDRESS pls contact me. I also need advice on what the actual meaning of the "Order Book 4" would be? THANKS...
