I checked my few books but only found a Jno Winningham Jun and a Tho Winingham owning land in Prince George Co VA in the 1704 VA Quit Rent Rolls.

At least you have the name you are looking for on this site so hopefully others can help.

You might try contacting Sherry Brown Tyler at the Charles City Co Historical Society. She is very knowledgable and might know someone who can do a lookup at the Charles City Co courthouse next door to her office.
