Have you found any connection to the DAVIES in Charles City Co., VA?
I have been working at William HUNT, Wheelwright, of "Buckland" husband of Ann who married a HARRIS after his death in 1676. Recently I found the court session Jan. 10, 1657/8 that Olliver HUNT's Estate had to pay him 350 lbs of tobacco. Another problem to solve.
From what I found William HUNT I and Ann had a son William HUNT II (1750-1716)and a daughter who married a TYLER. After William HUNT I death Ann married a Mr. HARRIS.
William HUNT II (1750-1716)did own the land in James City Co., VA and he probably was the William HUNT who helped Sarah DAVIDSON with her husbands estate. It is very possible they are related but is it the HUNT side or Ann's side of the family. Jones WILLIAMS in his will mentions kinsman John TYLER, George HUNT and Ann HUNT. Another problem to solve.
William HUNT II (1650-1617) and Tabitha had 3 sons that I know of (1) William HUNT d. age 13; (2) John HUNT (c 1678-
1716) had only one daughter Ann HUNT who married Richard KENNON and (3) George HUNT (1693-1725/26) so far I have not found any children.
