WILLIAM A. TIPTON, b. 1839 in VA. He married Nancy Jane Hoard in 1859 AL. In 1900 Al Census WIlliam stated that his father was b. in VA and TN. Then on WILLIAM's death cert it listed father as ISAAC TPTON,b . in VA & mother UNKNOWN

Who was his MOTHER? Know anything about this ISAAC?
