Not sure if you were speaking to me or not but I do have one item on Jervase in my book 17th Century Isle of Wight Co VA by John Bennett Boddie.

A patent dated 4 June 1655 was granted to Jervase Dodson for 600 acres of land in Lancaster on Corotoman River on Wm. Thatcher's which land said Dodson assigned unto Thomas Harris for 4800 lbs., tbco., and cask, Feb 4, 1656. Teste, John Sharp, Howell Powell. Gervase Dodson appointed Francis Hobbs atty. to acknowledge sale. Teste. Andrew Bozor, Wm. Thatcher.

(Name was spelled both ways in my book)
