At least new to me. I had been misinformed early on that John Reynolds and Amelia Mabry's daughter, Rachel J Reynolds who married Robert Dalton, had died young before the 1850 Carroll Co Va census...Census records reveal they moved to Poca, Kanawha Co Va (now WV)..where I find them both alive and well. They are also sourced in a WV biography of of their grandson, James A Wines/Wynes. Their daughter, Mary Ann Dalton married Corp. William Wines in WV; their dau Vina married his brother, James Wines..and Serena married an Isaac P. Taylor. Many more details..but wanted to set this records straight as some may have been led astray by my family tree note, that Rachael J Reynolds Dalton died c. 1848..she did not...now doing census research..however, I am happy to say I have found Rachel and Robert in 1870 census together and I've found Robert as a widower in 1910 at age 92...more to come. Here is an excerpt regarding their grandson, James A Wines, son of Mary Ann Dalton and William Wines. "History of Charleston and Kanawha County, West V irginia and Representative Citizens W.S.
