I would appreciate any information on Frederick Horn Partridge. The 1880 Census has him in Fancy Gap, VA with his wife and three children. He is listed as a 'minister'. In 1860 he is listed as 'Free Will Baptist Clergy' - then in VT and in 1870 he is a farmer in MN. He died in 1885/6 so he would not be on any later census - unless there is a state census for 1885. Additionally I am looking for verification that his son Arthur Calvin Partridge died in Fancy Gap. Some online trees list his death as in 1879 but he is listed on the 1880 census in Fancy Gap. Arthur was born 4 August 1876 in VT which would mean the family returned to VT after being in MN in 1870. The family structure is similiar so I feel the family was just extremely mobile. Thanks very much for any help you can offer.
