Have noted previous mail on Kings in Caroline County in 1700s. My g-g-g--gf, James King, stated on his application for Rev. War pension that he was born in Caroline Co. in 1760. Following the war he lived in Edgefield Co. S.C. He is listed on 1790 Edgefield census as is an Elizabeth King. This James fathered a son named Josuah late in his life. I have info on a Josuah King, an Elizabeth King and a James King in Caroline Co. in early 1700s.
Can someone provide info on these Kings, was Josuah Kijng the father of James King the Rev War. vet.? Any info appreciated. Thanks,Ed King
