William Young

In "Virginia Revolutionary Publick Claims", page 198, is the statement that a William Young furnished supplies to the forces( probably to the militia). Does anyone know anything about this man. Could he be the one that later lived in Pittsilvania county, or is he the William Young who relocated to Tennessee and Kentucky. Any information would be appreciated.
