In the Charles County, MD, will of Mary (Goodrick) Anderson Semmes Speake, she mentions her daughter, Elizabeth Speake. She had no daughter with James Semmes named Elizabeth and no children with John Speake. Her children with her first husband, John Anderson, were Edward, John, George and Elizabeth. John and George evidently died young.

In September 1721, Mary deposed in court that the mulatto called James, who belonged to Notley Rozer, was born sometime before her son, Edward Anderson, who
was 31 years of age sometime in August next.

Edward died without off-spring bef 28 Jan 1733/34, leaving his land to his wife, Ann, during her life. Ann probably died before the following power of attorney, when Edward's sister sold his land.

These deeds show his relationship with and the married name of his sister.

Does anyone know which Speake and which Eggerton were married to Elizabeth Anderson?

Thank you for any help.
