Most likely a brother of William A. Beasley and another son of Cornelius as shown in the chancery report is James T. Beazley. His will shows that the family indeed did go to AL
Will of James T. Beasley, Sumter Co., AL, records by Jenkins. Dated 28 Apr 1837. Estate of James T. Beasley deceased. Battaile Reynolds, one of the heirs, was ordered by the court to set a day to prove the last will and testament of said deceased. Court issued citation to heirs: William Hyde and wife Mariah ___; John B. Dudley; Charles Beasley; Richard Beasley; Battaille Reynolds and wife Mary; Matilda S. Beasley; Harrison Beasley and Matilda S. Beasley, minor heir of William A. Beasley, late of Caroline County Virginia".
