Battaile Reynolds, one of the heirs, was ordered by the court to set a day to prove the last will and testament of said deceased. Court issued citation to heirs: William Hyde and wife Mariah ___; John B. Dudley; Charles Beasley; Richard Beasley; Battaille Reynolds and wife Mary; Matilda S. Beasley; Harrison Beasley and Matilda S. Beasley, minor heir of William A. Beasley, late of Caroline County Virginia".
