Do you know of a George Chewning who was in Louisa Co. Va, died about 1785, and had mother still living in Caroline Co. and owning land? I don't know if his father could have been a George Chewning/Chowning, but find one born in Caroline Co. 1733?? Do not know mothers name?? Help appreciated.
