Hello Ollie. I am a descendant of Hardin T. Turner, my gg grandfather, b. Sept. 1818, m. to Nancy Thoomas in Rockingham County, NC in 1845, but was born elsewhere. I am looking for his ancestry in VA since Rockingham Co. is adjacent to the VA line. He had a son, Franklin Hughes Turner, my g-grandfather. Hardin's children were James, William, Martha, Mary, Rachel, George and Frqanklin Hughes. Since the Hughes name is a surname, I thought maybe there was a possibility you might have some clue on Hardin.

Thanks.
